Chapter One Learning Targets
  1. Describe and apply the scientific method to a variety of problems
  2. Distinguish between physical and chemical changes based on chemical and physical properties of substances
  3. Apply the concept of significant figures when measuring and caluclating
  4. Measure and then calculate in both British and SI unis of measure, as well as converting between both systems
